In collaboration with Principe de Tricase,
White Wine is born from the union of natural wine and coffee.
Our beans are co-fermented with Fiano, an ancient white grape from southern Italy known for its aromatic intensity and low yields. During fermentation, our beans interact directly with Fiano must, allowing the grape’s structure to shape acidity and aroma at a cellular level. This is not a flavored coffee—the influence is integrated, not added.
Every cup is crafted, precise and balanced, with notes of Asian pear, hazelnut, and honeycomb. Clean acidity, rounded sweetness, and a smooth, lingering finish.
