In collaboration with Principe Winery,
Red Wine is born from the union of deep garnet Aglianico grapes and coffee co-ferment. Crimson fruit flows first—bright, juicy, and untamed—followed by undertones of dark chocolate, and a hint of grape nuts. The body is supple yet layered, carrying the raw vitality of the vineyard into the meditative depth of the roast.
Finished in stillness, the flavors linger with warmth and quiet resonance, like hymns fading through vaulted halls. More than a wine, more than a coffee—Red Wine is true devotion in liquid form, revealed only through our patience and care.
