Brewmaster’s Batch explores fermentation through the language of brewing. The Pupil IPA leads with lift—citrus, florals, and a bright, evolving acidity that stays in motion. Abbey Ale grounds the experience, co-fermented in our house-brewed Belgian ale, bringing a fuller body, soft sweetness, and layered notes of dark fruit and toasted grain.
Together, they create a complete arc—energy and depth—each sharpening the other in the cup.
We don’t add flavor. We build it. Controlled fermentation reshapes the coffee from within, creating texture, structure, and nuance—not imitation.
