From orchard to cloister, two worlds converge.
In collaboration with Julian Hard Cider, makers of award-winning cider, our coffee beans are co-fermented in their freshly cold-pressed apple cider. This new co-ferment takes on the quality of Julian’s Apple Cider and pairs it with Modern Monk’s transformative process.
The result is a refined cup alive with contrast: crisp apple and honeyed cider spice balanced by roasted cocoa and salted caramel. As it unfolds, baked apple and bourbon cream emerge — smooth, velvety, and lingering with orchard depth and communion, and perfect for the Fall.
