Build

1. Place a coupe in the freezer or fill it with ice while preparing the drink.

2. Pull the Abbey Ale Bourbon Aged espresso. Add it to a shaker with coffee syrup and rehydrated milk.

3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake hard for 10–12 seconds, creating a cold, silky texture and fine layer of foam.

4. Empty the chilled coupe and double-strain the drink into the glass. Serve immediately with an orange peel garnish
