Refund policy

Returns: Because coffee is a perishable good, we're unable to accept returns — but we never want you to be left holding a bad experience.

Damaged on arrival Our monks take great care at every step of the process — from fermentation to roasting to the moment your order leaves our hands. But occasionally, a package takes a rough journey between us and you. If yours arrives damaged, please reach out to us at admin@modernmonkcoffee.com with your order details and a photo of the affected item(s). We'll take care of you with a replacement or store credit.

Lost in transit We know how frustrating it can be to wait on a package with no news. If you haven't received tracking information within 72 hours of your shipment confirmation, don't hesitate to get in touch — we'll look into it and make sure you're taken care of. In the rare event that your package doesn't arrive within 10 days of the expected delivery date, it may be lost. Let us know and we'll track it down, take necessary steps to file a missing package report, and work towards sending a replacement package. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to resolve any shipping-related issues.

Subscriptions
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on subscriptions, less the situation falls under the categories listed above. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account portal. If you need help, simply email us at admin@modernmonkcoffee.com and we'll be happy to assist you.
