Born from our signature Tepache fermentation, this limited release roast is darker than our usual light-medium profile — a tangy, tart, fruity fermented single origin espresso just in time for end of summer.
The extra roast time draws out deep caramelization, creating a velvety body with hints of dark cocoa, molasses, and a whisper of pineapple that lingers on the finish. Perfect for those who love a bolder cup without losing the intrigue of fermentation.
